Behavioral Assistants Needed in Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties!!

New Behavioral Network is dedicated to providing services that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home therapy, utilizing best-practice strategies that have a positive impact on our clients and their families. Our behavioral therapy Champions are the keystones of our superior therapy and patient’s progress with their compassionate approach and sensitivity to client needs.

The Child Mental Health Program focuses on children ages 4-21 who have behavioral challenges. We have a family centered focus when implementing therapeutic interventions. Skills training in the natural setting  helps to overcome these challenges and build each client’s strengths in an effort to maximize personal potential.

As a per diem Certified BA you will;

  • Enjoy the flexibility of creating and your own schedule and working as few or as many hours as you would like.
  • Make a difference in the lives of the families we support by providing in-home therapy.
  •  Work closely with a licensed therapist to create an individualized service plan for each child and then help that child meet specified behavior goals.


  • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology, human services or related field
  • A current NJ Behavioral Assistant Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Must have 1-3 years experience dealing with children with behavioral challenges
