Description

New Behavioral Network is dedicated to providing services that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home therapy, utilizing best-practice strategies that have a positive impact on our clients and their families. Our behavioral therapy Champions are the keystones of our superior therapy and patient’s progress with their compassionate approach and sensitivity to client needs.


If you are looking for a position with a flexible schedule that will enable you to make a difference in the lives of the families we support, then this is the position for you!

We are looking to grow our team and are currently hiring per diem Licensed Mobile Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Behavioral Assistants and Behavior Interventionists to implement behavior plans. We have day, afternoon, and evening hours available throughout New Jersey!

 

As a per diem Behavioral Assistant:

  • Work within the Child Mental Health Program with a team of LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs
  • Deploy therapeutic interventions and skills trainings in a natural setting
  • Utilize CBT, DBT, Motivational Therapy, and other types of modalities during your sessions

 

As a per diem Behavior Interventionist:

  • Work within the Behavior Consultation Program with a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Specialists
  • Implement Behavior Plans using ABA strategies and techniques such as task analysis, discrete trials, modeling, and token economy systems

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year experience working with children or adolescents
  • Experience implementing behavior plans
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults who engage in various challenging behaviors such as aggression, self-injurious behavior, and property destruction.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to receive the Behavioral Assistant certification within 6 months of hire

The Behavior Consultation Program excels in providing in-home and in-school therapy to children with Autism, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Language Process Deficits, behavioral challenges and a range of other developmental disabilities. Utilizing our ABA approach to therapy we are able to help our clients build social and life skills that reduce maladaptive behaviors and enable them to reach their full potential.


The Child Mental Health Program focuses on children ages 4-21 who have behavioral challenges. We have a family centered focus to deploy therapeutic interventions and skills training in the natural setting which helps to overcome these challenges and build each client’s strengths in an effort to maximize personal potential.
