Description

NBN Group is seeking a seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist our Nursing team in our Princeton, NJ office.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assistanting the office by scanning nursing notes, maintaining patient charts. Updating and tracking employee credentials and files. Assisting Clinical Supervisor by following up with Doctor's offices for POT's and other documentation. This position is a great opportunity for someone who likes a fast paced, team environment and who wants to contribute to the needs of our patients.

Requirements:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

  • 1-2 years administrative or HR experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Recruitment software.

  • Previous healthcare experience a plus!
