Staffing Coordinator

Description

Newborn Nurses, a division of The NBN Group is actively seeking an energetic Full Time Staffing Coordinator for our Princeton, NJ location. This position is responsible for staffing RN's and LPN's for around the clock homecare nursing. Work with a team of professionals that include Nursing Recruiter, Clinical Supervisors and Case Managers to ensure staffing needs are being met with each patient.


The Staffing Coordinator position requires the art of persuasion, exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency.  Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed to ensure all patient scheduling needs and changes are communicated appropriately. Must be creative in your ability to fill open shifts, be computer literate, have great attention to detail, and be a strong multi-tasker. Periodic weekend and evening on-call is also required.  Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:  Review weekly timesheets completed by field staff for accuracy and submit to payroll, completing weekly reports and introduction of cases to new hires upon orientation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Staffing experience preferred but not required
  • Able to take on call responsibility
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
