New Behavioral Network Delaware is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)! We are seeking out a proactive individual with supervising experience ready to lead our team of mental health therapists and field staff.

Primary roles of the LCSW include but are not limited to: supervision to our team of therapists, direct clinical care, team training, performance and case reviews, and consultations. Must be willing to rotate on call duty for emergency consultations. 

  • Master’s Degree and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Delaware
  • Two years experience working with high risk populations
  • Experience working with trauma survivors preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
