Administrative Assistant – New Behavioral Network- Newport, DE

Do you have the ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment with great attention to detail?  Are you interested in the opportunity to join a growing company?

New Behavioral Network, a division of The NBN Group, is seeking a part-time  Administrative Assistant  to join our team in our Newport, DE office. 


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date filing & archival system
  • Maintain office calendar and schedule
  • Receive and filter phone calls and maintain call log and follow ups
  • Ensure constant flow of information to appropriate parties
  • Handle client inquiries when necessary
  • Verify insurance of new and existing clients
  • Maintain a safe environment in relation to patient’s and employee’s private information

New Behavioral Network DE  is dedicated to providing services that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home therapy, utilizing best-practice strategies that have a positive impact on our clients and their families. Our behavioral therapy Champions are the keystones of our superior therapy & patient's progress with their compassionate approach and sensitivity to client needs.


  • Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably in a medical or behavioral health office
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability in all processes
  • Strong data entry and computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint software
  • Must be a self-starting individual and proficient multi-tasker with the ability to deal with frequent changes to priorities and unexpected events
