Description

New Behavioral Network, New Jersey is seeking an experienced, full-time Recruiter for our Cherry Hill, NJ office.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding per diem and full time employees. You will be responsible for driving the hiring process by locating  professionals through various sources including the internet, social media other recruiting platforms. This position is a great opportunity for someone who likes a fast-paced environment and can think outside the box.

This opportunity requires the art of persuasion, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to act with a sense of urgency while ensuring compliance with company accreditation standards. You will be able to use your creativity as well as sourcing experience to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's growing and changing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
  • MUST have 1-3 years recent recruitment experience
  • Experience with Job Fairs and College Recruitment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Recruitment software.
  • Experience with Social Media Recruiting
  • Healthcare recruiting experience a plus!
  • Experience with Taleo tracking system a plus!
