Looking for a challenge? This job is for you! New Behavioral Network, DE is in the process of creating a dynamic team to provide therapeutic services to pre-school, school age and teenagers in the Wilmington area. We are affiliated with various physician offices and other community agencies in order to provide a continuum of care of the children who need mental health services in the home of community in order to identify co-morbidities and family challenges.

We also provide outpatient services for parents, siblings, and clients. We are partnered with physicians who provide medication management for clients who qualify for ongoing medical oversight.

If you have a modality witch lends itself to meeting the needs of our clients, please tell us. Our mission is to set goals for clients, to monitor the progress with various screening tools, and to identify outcomes. Our team participates in internal case conferences, as well as community based in-services.

Because we provide services for children as well as adults, scheduling needs to be flexible in order to see them in the evenings, after school or on weekends. This would be a perfect fit for the professional who want to job share of for the therapist who has another employer and is looking for additional hours. Of course we would welcome a therapist who could devote her career to our program and to our clients!
