Administrative Assistant – New Behavioral Network- Dover, DE

Do you have the ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment with great attention to detail?  Are you interested in the opportunity to join a growing company?

New Behavioral Network, a division of The NBN Group, is seeking a full-time  Administrative Assistant  to join our team in our Dover, DE behavioral health office. 

                                

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date filing & archival system
  • Maintain office calendar and schedule
  • Receive and filter phone calls and maintain call log and follow ups
  • Ensure constant flow of information to appropriate parties
  • Handle client inquiries & direct to appropriate staff member
  • Verify and track credentialing of new and existing office & field staff
  • Compile & prepare accurate weekly, monthly and yearly reports
  • Maintain a consistently safe, secure environment in relation to client’s and employee’s private information
  • Demonstrate understanding of security & confidentiality of data and sensitive information
  • Support management in all interpersonal relationships throughout the company

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability in all processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge & adherance to HIPPA guidlelines in all processes, communications, and tasks  
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal & external key employees, clients, affiliated agencies, and members of the community
  • Strong data entry and computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint software
  • Must be a self-starting individual and proficient multi-tasker with the ability to deal with frequent changes to priorities and unexpected events
  • Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably in a medical or behavioral health office
  • Experience with Human Resource functions preferred
  • High-school Diploma required, College Degree in Business or related field preferred
