Accounts Receivable Manager

Description

The NBN Group is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager. 

The Account Receivable Manager  position is critical to the success of the NBN Group revenue cycle process.  The Accounts Receivable manager will contribute to the day-to-day operations on all issues related to the revenue cycle functions including third party medical claims management, audit compliance and invoice analysis.  This position will work on revenue cycle performance to meet both short and long term strategic goals.  You will provide detailed analysis, create written processes and train others in implementing a cross functional accounts receivable team.  A broad knowledge of DME and/or Home Infusion receivables management is a must.

Some Responsibilities Include: 

  • Supervision of reimbursement associates and authorization specialists.
  • Oversee and review collections reports to identify payer and other collections issues, noting any trends in payment or deficiencies.
  • Develop and implement practice-specific process improvement recommendations to secure positive results, monitor performance and improvements resolution plans for unfavorable trends.
  • Maintain reimbursement related key performance indicators for network practices, setting  and benchmarking revenue cycle goals (i.e. reducing DSO, decreasing outstanding accounts  receivable)
  • Review signed delivery tickets for check pricing and codes.
  • Ensures authorizations are correct.
  • Submits claims on a daily basis.
  • Instructs and supports co-workers on billing software program.
  • Problem solve to ensure payment of claims.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with pharmaceutical pricing and medical analytics.
  • Ability to interact with clients, and business leaders
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • At least 5 years experience with DME and/or Home Infusion Medical billing
  • Knowledge of managed care insurances
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CPR+ software experience a plus
