Educational Travel Telesales Representative

Job Description:

Educational Travel Sales Representatives generate new accounts in the student educational travel industry by developing relationships with educators and promoting our programs. We provide a list of contacts and a proven sales process. First year annual compensation is in the low 40K's and each year going forward around 60K . There is also no cap on commission (by "no cap" we mean that the potential is there to exceed quota/goals and make well above the commission).  We offer the ability to personally experience educational travel programs plus discount travel opportunities.


Success is contingent on candidates who: 

  • Are highly self motivated self starters
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Are personable, goal oriented, and enjoy relationship-building
  • Provide high energy to a team-based work environment
  • Have a passion for education and/or travel
  • Like to have control of how much income they bring in
  • International travel experience is a plus
