The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center environment, be detail oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment.  Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated and willing to learn.



Position Objective

The Customer Support Representative provides online ordering assistance, customer experience recovery and ongoing follow-up to our Specialty’s customers.


Essential Functions

  1. Address customer questions in real-time by answering phone calls, responding to e-mails and managing customer inquiries generated from our website.
  2. Interact with café teams and customers throughout the day.
  3. Answer phones in a busy call center environment and assist with online order placement via our website.
  4. Assist customers regarding past, current, and future orders.

  • Multi-task skills – Effectively complete multiple projects at once.




  • 2+ years of customer service/support experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to walk customers through our website.
  • Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills. 
  • Work standing up or seated for sustained periods of up to 4 hours.
  • Ability to work remotely efficiently and without interruption.
  • Maintain extended periods of phone and computer contact.
  • Flexibility with work schedule to meet the needs of the department.
