Great Opportunity for Customer Support Team Members
Specialty’s Café & Bakery is hiring positive, detail oriented individuals with strong communication skills to join our Customer Support team. These are part-time (20-25 hrs/week), M – F positions working from our headquarters in Pleasanton. This positions pays $15.00/hr. The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center environment, be detail oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated and willing to learn.
The Customer Support Representative provides online ordering assistance, customer experience recovery and ongoing follow-up to our Specialty’s customers.
