As an Inside Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for calling into the appropriate company decision-makers (CEO’s, Finance Directors, Human Resource Directors, and Payroll Managers) in pre-determined market segments, including Retail,  Quick Service and casual dining restaurants, manufacturing, hospitality and others in order to offer our Epayroll solutions.  You will be provided with a targeted lead list.


Duties and Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Identify and qualify prospects via out-bound calling campaign resulting in 3-4 appointments and /or sales per day in a high-volume calling environment inclusive of email follow up.
  • Collect and document critical sales data from prospects including budget process and key decision makers.
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
  • Set up web-based demonstrations tailored to each individual client’s needs for both Outside and Inside Sales Teams.
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management  database (CRM).
  • Participate fully in training sessions, skills building, meetings and professional development classes.

Education Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Relevant training in Inside Sales
