National Sales Coordinator

Mandate: To competently* and professionally* assist the Vice President of National Sales and National Sales Directors, where relevant, to meet the expressed needs of existing and potential clients. This will be done while staying within the negotiated job responsibilities at all times.
Objectives (by Responsibility )

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum three years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Must have reasonable knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, listeners, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to interact effectively with the public. Highly organized, computer proficient and able to use standard office equipment (i.e., computer, copier and fax machine).
