Background Check Disclosure

Any potential job offer will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. This includes but is not limited to a criminal background check, education and employment verifications, and a search with respect to enforcement actions and orders through the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council and/or federal and state regulators of financial institutions. You will be asked to provide your consent regarding the conduct of a background check. In addition, if CoBank determines to further consider your application for employment after its review of this completed, initial application form, among other questions you will be asked whether you have ever been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony offense, and whether you have been involved in a bankruptcy. Please note that CoBank is a Farm Credit System (“FCS”) institution that is regulated by the Farm Credit Administration (“FCA”).
