At CoBank, our Executive Assistant supports the Chief Operating Officer and her direct reports including SVP & CIO, SVP Data Strategy, VP Process & Change and Director of Enterprise Program Management Office with administrative support in areas including:  meeting planning and coordination, communication and information dissemination, travel calendar management, travel expense reporting, budgetary planning and control, and special project support as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 plus years administrative experience, including 5 plus years of support of an executive or group of executives.
  • College degree, with emphasis in business or administrative training; or equivalent combination of experience and education..

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced level competency with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Intermediate level competency with Excel.
  • Advanced interpersonal communications, leadership, planning and organizational skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and act as a liaison with all levels of staff and management, customers and other outside parties.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, effectively managing competing priorities and challenging timelines, under limited supervision.
