Seeking an Assistant Events Operations Manager to help lead our busy Events department.

About the Role

  • Oversee the preparation, planning and execution of all designated events
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Supervisors and Team Members
  • Liaise with clients, assess their needs, and develop operational strategies to meet those needs
  • Assist with rostering and stock ordering
  • Work a rotating 7 day roster including nights and weekends

About You

  • Previous Supervisory or Management experience
  • Experience working in Conferencing and Events
  • Current QLD RSA
  • Open Manual Driver Licence
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor of Hospitality Management highly regarded
