Los Angeles-based Outlook Amusements, Inc. is a fast-growing entertainment company with a worldwide customer base. Our in-house brand, California Psychics, is the premiere live psychic and astrology network and leading publisher of horoscope and astrological content.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all marketing projects to provide maximum efficiency for the team. The Coordinator uses the project management software and tracks all jobs appropriately, schedules and leads briefings, and ensures deadlines are being met. The Product Marketing Coordinator will work closely with members in other departments to facilitate projects. The Product Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the stakeholders of assigned projects and internal and external resources to establish schedules and work flow for project and on-going deliverables and will determine necessary resources and timing. He/she will flag any potential risks or conflicts and will communicate any shift in schedules and deliverables to the Product Marketing Manager, keeping everything on track and running smoothly. Other responsibilities include: scheduling and executing social media posts, QA duties, working with outside vendors, processing invoices, reporting and resource management.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop monthly creative briefs and schedule briefing meetings; monitor and track timelines
  • Communicate across team members and others to maximize productivity and collaboration
  • Inputting product tickets into JIRA and monitoring progress of product work completed
  • Provide project status and other reporting to Product Marketing Manager
  • QA emails, landing pages, banner ads, and other creative assets
  • Manage invoices from external resources
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Gather content requirements, including business and product requirements from the Product Manager and from client-facing teams.  
  • Monitor product inventory
  • Coordination of google product suite including Analytics, Tag Manager, and AdWords

Must have Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM project management
  • 1+ years marketing or advertising experience
  • Experience and familiarity with project management systems such as Basecamp and JIRA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail, excellent writing skills, computer literacy (MS Office) and project management/time management skill

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (experience will be considered)
  • Experience and familiarity with email marketing programs such as MailChimp
  • Experience and familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Project Management experience
