We are looking for…
An Executive Office Manager to ensure smooth operations for the Company by overseeing our administrative and facilities services while directly providing exceptional support to our corporate “C-Suite”.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Optimizing executives’ time and delight by providing any and all executive assistance support needed
  • Ensuring that our office space and administrative services are excellent
  • Ensuring we are well-prepared for emergencies
  • Managing and developing a direct report
  • Contributing ideas, providing solutions, and collaborating/contributing to efforts that build the business results
  • Acting as an, ambassador and champion of company and brand values, culture, vision and mission
  • Building and maintaining a high-performing operation and team by staying abreast of changes in business operations to achieve operational efficiency and help suggest improvements

We want to hear from you if you have a background of at least 3 years concurrently supporting multiple senior level executives and teams along with 2+ years supervisory experience. Both along with experience in office/facilities management will give you a great foundation for success.
