We are currently looking for a full-time Experienced Associate to join our Global Healthcare group focusing on biopharmaceuticals in our San Francisco, CA office.

 

Our Associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The Associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The Associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

  • Minimum 1+ years of investment banking experience at the Associate level or 3 years experience as an investment banking analyst with direct promotion to associate

    OR

    Medical doctor that has recently completed medical school and would like to pivot into finance

    OR

    Equity research analyst interested in transitioning into investment banking

     

  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
