Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the firm has additional investment banking offices in Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, New York and San Francisco.

We are currently looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Investment Banking recruiting team with a focus on our undergraduate recruiting. The campus recruiter will be responsible for leading, alongside the recruiting manager, campus recruiting efforts and strategy, increasing our employer brand recognition and strengthening relationships with undergraduate programs. This role will partner with our investment banking business line, recruiting manager, recruiting team members and senior bankers to develop and implement the campus recruiting strategy.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Lead all undergraduate campus events and interviews

  • Coordinate with campus recruiting teams for all events

  • Conduct outreach and ongoing relationships with candidates

  • Review and screen applicants

  • Build and further develop relationships with top undergraduate programs

  • Advise on market trends regarding undergraduate talent and recruiting

  • Work with the recruiting coordinator on logistics for on campus and in office interviews

  • Manage the new Investment Banking Analyst full-time and intern training program, including scheduling and logistics, content and presenters, vendors, delivery and evaluation

  • Partner with D&I business partner and recruiting manager on diversity recruiting initiatives

  • Assist with experienced/lateral recruiting needs

  • Assist with more junior or senior recruiting as needed

  • Provide work direction and feedback to recruiting coordinator or other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-4  years of professional HR/recruiting experience

  • 2 years of campus recruiting experience (MBA or undergraduate) strongly preferred

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision or direction

  • Ability to travel during campus recruiting season

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

  • Ability to work across all levels in the organization, including senior executives

  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up

  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Ability to work off-hours during peak seasons for recruiting or training events

  • Strong team player who is able to collaborate with others
