Investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling property claims on behalf of Reliance
Respond to customers who have submitted property damage claims in a timely manner
Explain settlement reasoning to customers and assist in mitigating claims by gathering the appropriate evidence and proper documentation of the claims file with an appropriate plan of action
Keep claim documents organized
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Has knowledge of the legal process for dealing with property damage claims
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, including Excel)
Strong inter-personal, oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Effective analytical skills
Works effectively both as an individual and as a team
Commitment to providing superior customer service
Problem solving skills
