Position Overview
Provide support to help the team effectively conduct negotiations for clients and develop and implement print plans. Perform daily stewardship functions for all aspects of an account, including Donovan inputting, positioning monitoring, and required communication with media vendors. 
Plan development
  • Help generate the selection, scheduling of activity and category/vehicle rationale
  • Prepare necessary recommendation and backup materials needed for presentations
  • Gain proficiency on MS Office applications and appropriate research tools
  • Assist in the negotiation of pricing, positioning and added value
  • Gain working knowledge of the Donovan Data System
  • Authorize contracts, space reservations and all other paperwork on a timely basis
  • Monitor positioning activity and assist in the negotiation of necessary makegoods
  • Oversee completion of positioning reports
  • Generate circulation post buy analyses based on ABC pink sheets, and assist in securing client rebates for publications who have missed rate base
  • Review Donovan estimates monthly and handle billing discrepancies as they occur
  • Evaluate new and existing media opportunities for clients
  • Maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners

  • Take an active role in departmental initiatives such as Print Impressions, Print Ideas of the Month, Print Marketplace presentation
